Mr. Biele of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2 in line item 8000-0313 by inserting the following: “; provided further, not less than $50,000 should be expended to the City of Boston for the payroll costs of the Boston Police Department for dedicated patrols of the Foley Apartments, Monsignor Powers Apartments, and West 9th Street Apartments in the South Boston section of the City of Boston”; and provided further, in said item by striking the figure “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the figure “$150,000”.
