Mr. Madaro of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7061-9611, in the final line, by inserting after “districts” the following: “; provided further, that not less than $15,000 shall be expended to the Paris Street Council to support programming, including expanded accessible recreation and partnerships with the Special Olympics”
