Mr. Madaro of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7061-9611, in the final line, by inserting after “districts” the following: “; provided further, that not less than $10,000 shall be expended for Harlem Lacrosse Boston to support operations and programming at their East Boston site”
