Mr. Turco of Winthrop moves to amend the bill by adding the following new section:

Section 10 of chapter 218 of the General Laws as most recently amended by section 59 of chapter 9 of the acts of 2025, is hereby further amended by inserting after the words "East Norfolk" the following words: and the district court of Chelsea."
