West Boylston Landfill Monitoring

Mr. O'Day of West Boylston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 7008-1116, by adding at the end thereof the following: "; provided further that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for a landfill monitoring program to prevent the contamination of groundwater in the town of West Boylston"
