Lower and Outer Cape Green Crab Trapping Program

Ms. Luddy of Orleans moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 2330-0100, by adding the following “; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for a green crab trapping program in the towns of Provincetown, Truro, Wellfleet, Eastham, Orleans, Chatham and Harwich to be distributed by the Department of Marine Fisheries”; and by striking the figure “$9,323,957” and inserting in place thereof the figure “$9,423,957 ”.
