Mr. Madaro of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by inserting after "projects" the following: "; provided further, that no less than $75,000 shall be expended to the Age Strong Commission in the City of Boston for senior programming in the East Boston neighborhood in the City of Boston"
