Ms. DuBois of Brockton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7061-9611, in line 5, by inserting after "community-based programs" the following: "provided further, that not less than $75,000 shall be granted to Community Schools of Brockton operated via Brockton Public Schools for free summer swimming lessons at the Cosgrove Pool in Brockton"
