Amendment #1582 to H5500

MBTA Communities Act Compliance

Mr. Sweezey of Duxbury moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

"SECTION XXXX. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities shall not use compliance with section 3A of chapter 40A of the General Laws as a condition for eligibility for any grants awarded from appropriations in FY2027".
