21st Century Program in the Town of Winthrop

Mr. Turco of Winthrop moves to amend the bill in item 7010-1192, by inserting after the words “improvement projects” the following: “provided, that not less than $100,000 shall be allocated to support the 21st Century Afterschool and summer programs at the Arthur T. Cummings Elementary School within the City of Winthrop known as the Town of Winthrop.
