Amendment #1601 to H5500

DOC Retirement Modernization   

Mr. Ryan of Boston moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

"SECTION XXXX. Section 3 of chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2024 Official Edition, is hereby amended in subsection (g) by striking out, after the words “at any correctional institution” in line XXX-XXX, the words “or prison camp”

And further amending said subsection, in lines XXX-XXX, by striking out the words “female correction officer,”

And further amending said subsection, in lines XXX-XXX, by striking the words "assistant industrial shop manager, industrial shop manager, assistant to the supervisor of industries, senior correction officer, senior female correction officer, supervising female correction officer, prison camp officer, senior prison camp officer, supervising prison camp officer, assistant deputy superintendent" and inserting in place thereof the following words:- correctional program officer, facility director, deputy superintendent, superintendent”.
