Mr. Madaro of Boston moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

SECTION X. Section 69 of Chapter 118E of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after subsection (d) the following subsection:

(e) The office shall not at any time apply a payment adjustment with respect to a shortfall allocation to a federally qualified community health center established under chapter 147 of the acts of 1995.
