Amendment #161 to H5500

Fairhaven Software Upgrade

Mr. Sylvia of Fairhaven moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, in line 1, by inserting after "projects" the following; “provided further, that not less than $35,000 shall be expended for Capital Management Software upgrade for the town of Fairhaven”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$135,000”.
