Andover Housing Authority Safety Updates to Courtyard

Ms. Nguyen of Andover moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7002-0010 by inserting after “agreements” the following: “; provided further, that not less than $20,000 shall be expended for the Andover Housing Authority for any costs related to fixing, updating, and maintaining the courtyard at Stowe Court"
