Amendment #162 to H5500

Marion Technology Upgrade

Mr. Sylvia of Fairhaven moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, in line1, by inserting after "projects" the following: “provided further, that not less than $30,000 shall be expended to the town of Marion for technology upgrades”; and in said item by striking out the figures "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$130,000".
