Enhancing Broadband Access in New Bedford

Mr. Hendricks of New Bedford moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 7008-1116, by inserting after "projects" the following: "; and provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to OpenCape Corporation for the purposes of supporting communications infrastructure resilience to strengthen continuity of municipal operations, public safety coordination, and critical resident-serving communications in the city of New Bedford" and by striking out the figure "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the figure "$200,000"
