Facility Requirements for Unoccupied Water Works Structures

Mr. Gentile of Sudbury moves to amend the bill by adding the following sections:

“SECTION XXXX:

SECTION 1:

“Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, unoccupied water, wastewater, and transportation-related structures (Pumping, Equipment, Sub-Stations, and Similar Facilities) shall be exempt from 248 CMR 10.10(15)(c)(19).”
