Ms. Arriaga of Chicopee moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1410-0010, by adding the following: "provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended for Bilingual Veterans Outreach Center of Massachusetts, Inc. in Springfield"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$12,724,233" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$12,924,233".
