Representatives Vargas of Haverhill and Diggs of Barnstable moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 9700-0000, by inserting after the word "legislature" the following:— ";provided further, that not less than $75,000 shall be expended for programming, convenings, events, printed and digital materials, public education, and related operational activities of the Massachusetts Black and Latino Legislative Caucus; and moves to further amend said item by striking out the figures "$11,260,795" and inserting in place thereof the figures:- "$11,335,795".
