Mr. Worrell of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, item 7008-0900, in line 11, by inserting after “commonwealth” the following: “provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to the Bird Street Community Center in the Dorchester neighborhood of the City of Boston.” and in said item by striking out the figures “$294,000” and in place thereof the figures “$344,000”
