Representatives Nguyen of Andover and Robertson of Tewksbury move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by inserting after “projects” the following: “; provided, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to the town of Tewksbury for any costs related to improving and repairing the town's water infrastructure"
