Entrepreneurial Fellowships

Mr. Biele of Boston moves to amend the bill in Section 2E in line item 1595-6232 by inserting the following: "provided, that $1,000,000 shall be appropriated for entrepreneurial fellowships providing direct, multi-year funding enabling the translation of research into businesses, products, and jobs in the energy, transportation, and buildings sectors, as directed by the 2050 Clean Energy and Climate Plan" and further amending said item by striking the figure "$10,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the figure "$11,000,000."
