Public-Private Support for Operational Funding

Mr. Lawn of Watertown moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1596-2410, in line 19, by inserting after “programs” the following: "; provided further, that operational grants for participating programs that are supported by third party investments, shall be excluded from the limitations placed on certain providers by Chapter 15D, Section 20c of the General Laws”; and in said section, in item 3000-1045, in line 20, by inserting after “continued” the following: "; provided further, that operational grants for participating programs that are supported by third party investments, shall be excluded from the limitations placed on certain providers by Chapter 15D, Section 20c of the General Laws”.
