Representatives Nguyen of Andover and Ramos of North Andover move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by inserting after “projects” the following: “; provided, that not less than $95,000 shall be expended to the town of Boxford for the purchase of a Department of Public Works dump truck to replace an essential vehicle to ensure safe and reliable road maintenance"
