Representatives Owens of Watertown and Lawn of Watertown move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4000-0300, by adding the following: “provided further, that not less than $85,000 shall be allocated to the Watertown Community Foundation to increase access to health and human services and expand support and stabilization services for vulnerable populations in Watertown;” and in said item by striking out the figures and in said item by striking out the figures "$154,492,413" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$154,577,413"."
