Representatives Nguyen of Andover and Ramos of North Andover move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by inserting after “projects” the following: “; provided, that not less than $45,000 shall be expended to the town of North Andover for the purchase of security cameras to support public safety at major intersections"
