Ms. Plouffe of Brockton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4590-1507, by adding the following: "provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended to The Possible Zone for Career and Technical Education (CTE) initiatives in the cities of Lawrence, Lowell, and Brockton".
