Ms. Nguyen of Andover moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 8324-0050, after the word “departments” the following: “; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the Andover fire rescue department for any costs related to a replacement vehicle and outfitting materials to support emergency response and firefighter safety"
