Maternal Health Law Implementation

Ms. Decker of Cambridge moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4590-1503, in line 15, by inserting after “program” the following: “; provided further, that funds shall be expended for the continued implementation of chapter 186 of the acts of 2024”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$14,585,830” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$18,968,354”.
