Family Shelter Diversion

Ms. Decker of Cambridge moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7004-0101, in line 9, by inserting after “assistance” the following: “; provided further, that the executive office shall maintain the family shelter diversion program and that diversion services shall be targeted to families who are either eligible for emergency housing assistance under this item, or likely to become eligible for assistance under this item”.
