Truck Sideguard Retrofitting

Representatives Decker of Cambridge and Owens of Watertown move to amend the bill in item 1595-6368, in line 14, by inserting after “Laws” the following: “that not less than $1,000,000 shall be expended for a municipal grant program to assist cities and towns in purchasing safety devices required under section 7 of chapter 90 of the General Laws for municipally owned or leased motor vehicles, semi‑trailers or semi‑trailer units, as defined in section 1 of said chapter 90"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$604,961,384" and inserting in place thereof the figures "605,961,384".
