Ms. Arriaga of Chicopee moves to amend the bill in section 2, 8000-0313 in item, by adding the following: "provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to Chicopee Police Department for public safety upgrades"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$150,000".
