Menstrual Equity Program

Ms. Decker of Cambridge moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4513-1005, in line 27, by inserting after “pregnancy” the following: “; provided further, that no less than $260,000 be expended for Mass NOW to sustain and expand its menstrual equity program”;  and in said item by striking out the figures “$25,036,673” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$25,296,673”.
