Ms. Decker of Cambridge moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4512-0205, in line 2, by inserting after “services” the following: "; provided, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended for continued capital improvements to the Cambridge Community Center and for the expansion of their community-based behavioral health program"; and in said item by striking out the figures “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$300,000”.
