Mr. Worrell of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by inserting after “projects” the following: “; provided, that not less than $75,000 shall be expended to the Catholic Charities St. Peters  Teen Center for the purchase of security cameras to support public safety at the Bowdoin Street location"
