Millville Police Computer Upgrades

Mr. Soter of Bellingham moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 8000-0313, by inserting at the end thereof the following: - “; provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended for police computer system upgrades in the town of Millville.”
