Blackstone-Millville Regional School District Security Upgrades

Mr. Soter of Bellingham moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 7010-1192, by inserting at the end thereof the following: - “; provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for security system and safety upgrades at Blackstone-Millville Regional School District in the towns of Blackstone and Millville.”
