Amendment #189 to H5500

Emergency Access Ramp

Ms. Arriaga of Chicopee moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1599-0026, by adding the following: "Provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to create an Emergency access and recreational ramp for the Chicopee River"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$7,500,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$7,550.000".
