Mrs. LaNatra of Kingston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 5911-1003, by inserting after the words “home concept” the following: “; provided further, that not less than $150,000 shall be expended to Latham Centers to enhance a medically supported, accessible residence to ensure lifelong, high-quality care for adults with complex disabilities,”
