Mrs. LaNatra of Kingston moves to amend the bill, in section 2, in line item 7000-9501, by inserting after the words “without appropriation” the following: “;provided further, that not less than $150,000 shall be expended to the Town of Halifax for the replacement of the roof at the Holmes Public Library,”
