Milford Upper Charles Trail Improvements

Mr. Murray of Milford moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 7008-0900, by adding the following "provided further that not less than $75,000 shall be expended to the town of Milford Highway Department for increased public access improvements to the Upper Charles Recreational Trail" and by striking out the figure $294,000 and inserting in place there of the figure $369,000.
