Ms. Arriaga of Chicopee moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1410-0012, by adding the following: "provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for Veteran Services at the Bilingual Veterans Outreach Center of Massachusetts, Inc. in Springfield"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$9,332,339" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$9,382,339".
