Westborough Library Outreach Book Bike

Representatives Kane of Shrewsbury and Donaghue of Westborough move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by inserting at the end thereof the following: “provided further, that not less than $12,500 shall be expended for the Westborough Public Library to purchase a book bike.”
