Capping Special Education Tuition Pricing

Mr. Rogers of Norwood moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1775-0115, by adding the following: “Provided further, the division shall set special education tuition pricing for fiscal year 2027 no more than 4.5 per cent above the prior fiscal year consistent with the chapter 70 school aid inflation cap established under said chapter 70 of the general laws.”
