R.I.C.K.Y Inc

Mr. Rogers of Norwood moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4512-0205, by adding the following: “Provided, that not less than $40,000 shall be expended for  R.I.C.K.Y Inc for the delivery of substance use recovery care materials to homeless individuals with substance use and mental health disorders within the Greater Boston region.”
