Friendly House

Mr. Donahue of Worcester moves to amend the bill in Section 2, item 7004-0107, by inserting after "programs" the following: "provided further, that not less than $150,000 shall be expended for the Friendly House, Inc. in the city of Worcester"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$250,000".
