Public Guardianship Services

Ms. Kerans of Danvers moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 9110-1636, in line 4, by inserting after "program" the following: "provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended to Public Guardian Services to expand availability of guardianship services for the unbefriended population"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$51,596,156" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$51,796,156".
