Ms. Ferguson of Holden moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4120-4000, by striking out the figures “$14,230,909” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$14,730,909” and in said item by adding the following:

“that not less than $500,000 shall be expended for MassAbility Assistive Technology Independent Living Program”.
