Representatives Ramos of North Andover and Nguyen of Andover move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 8324-0050, after the word “departments” the following: “provided further, that not less than $80,000 shall be expended to the Town of Boxford for the replacement of Boxford Fire Department hydraulic rescue tools used for vehicle extrication”.
