Ms. Garcia of Chelsea moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 9110-9002, by adding the following: “provided further, not less than $25,000 be expended to the Chelsea Senior Center for their food delivery service” and in said item by striking out the figures “$29,522,592” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$29,547,592”.
